Reporting to the VP Marketing and having a dotted line into the Group Digital Manager, this role sits within the Group function of Marketing and will support both the Charter and Services Divisions, working closely with the Divisional Marketing Heads and the product Marketing Managers.
• Develop and implement a data strategy that cleanses and enhances our CRM data, ensuring quality control remains to a consistently high standard • Optimise CRM processes to improve customer segmentation and improve business performance • Provide data-driven insight and recommendations which drive commercial value to the Marketing teams • Be responsible for all customer data information sources which feed into the CRM system, working with the wider business to ensure compliance in line with Data Protection Statement, the broader business strategy and building out our customer data to enhance the customer experience • Lead and execute the customer lifecycle strategy to increase retention, personalisation and cross-channel marketing automation across all user lifecycle stages • Manage campaign attribution models, email automation models, and other models useful to optimise Marketing and CRM campaigns • Support to develop metrics that measure long-term customer engagement and loyalty, reporting quarterly, to share learning and best practice • Work with BI and Data Engineering teams to define new data sources and integrate them into the CRM systems • Provide regular CRM and ROI reporting
What we are looking for:
• 5+ years’ experience working in a similar role for a company that has a selection of products or services • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (essential) • Experience with Gold Vision 8 CRM (preferred) • Experience in working within a marketing email automation environment with lead nurturing • Commercially driven, with a good understanding of the customer & customer lifecycle and the importance of ROI reporting • Previous experience working in customer journey mapping and sales • Strong numerical and analytical skills • A proactive, self-driven and ambitious nature • Experience in manipulating data using Excel or Power BI • Experience in API integration with CRM
