We are looking for a customer focused eLearning Support Advisor to join our Doncaster office to provide technical, front line phone and email support to our internal and external clients. You will also administrate and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) as part of our friendly, wider eLearning team.
What you will be doing:
• Supporting our clients on the phone and via email on all content, technical and sales queries, ensuring accurate and timely responses • Supporting the eLearning Design Team in creating courses, assessments and resources directly on the LMS • Handling the creation and maintenance of internal and external user accounts, reports, and other LMS admin duties • Suggesting improvements that will reduce the manual tasks and escalating issues, ideas and potential solutions within the wider eLearning team • Maintaining and developing good relationships with existing customers • Performing testing and QA on all content uploaded to the LMS, to ensure it adheres to the required standards
