Air Partner, a world-leading international aviation services group are looking for a a Flight Logistics Coordinator, to take responsibility for providing trip support to Air Partner's US private jets broking team during non-business hours. The role will encompass a variety of tasks including pre-flight logistics and flight watching, while delivering a high level of customer service to both external and internal customers at all times.
We will consider applicants based across the USA to work remotely, or anyone who prefers office based or hybrid working, in the Fort Lauderdale area.
You will:
• Complete final pre-flight checks for crew, aircraft location, and logistics • Ensure the timely delivery of both supplier and client flight briefs • Follow flight and movement messages for clients • Arrange ground transportation, catering or other specific requests for clients • Monitor potential flight issues (i.e. weather, ATC strikes, etc.) • Escalate and communicate any potential flight issues • Complete pre-flight TripCheq reports for crew ensuring all company safety and quality processes are followed • Communicate proactively with the private jet broking team for a seamless handover • Provide exceptional customer service for internal and external customers • Fully utilize the CRM and other flight operations tools • Demonstrate an understanding of Air Partner’s products and services, as well as the US and international charter markets • Maintain the client and supplier database • Ensure full compliance with company procedures and protocols • Support the Group’s Customer First initiative to its full extent
What we are looking for:
• Previous work experience or a degree in an aviation related discipline • General knowledge of aviation, geography, and travel logistics • An understanding of the US and international charter market and regulatory environments • Organization skills with an ability to prioritize in time-sensitive situations • Customer focus with strong interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • A logical approach to problem solving • Flexibility, motivation and the ability to stay calm under pressure • An ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Strong negotiation and quantitative skills • A passion for aviation • An ability to promote the Air Partner culture and brand at all times • IT literacy - proficiency in Microsoft Office plus an ability to quickly learn new systems • Experience with Avinode or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
