You will manage and deliver the marketing and communications activity for Air Partner across Private Jets, Group Charter and Freight for key European markets (Germany, France and Italy) and support the ambitions of the overall marketing strategy, delivering marketing campaigns and activity that support the ‘go to market’ approach, ensuring we attract, nurture and retain our most valuable customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded marketer who is seeking a diverse role and is a strong team player. The role forms part of the global marketing team and reports into the Senior Marketing Manager.
What you will be doing:
• Working with the Senior Marketing Manager in the development and collation of all marketing plans to support both B2B and B2C, including allocation and management of budgets and ROI tracking • Implementing marketing plans across key markets, through the full marketing mix - online and offline • Coordinating and delivering specific e-marketing activity using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), database marketing, understanding customer segmentation and targeting strategies • Playing a major part in the organisation of key events including affiliate, external customer and internal events • Using our CMS system to ensure that content is up to date and that messaging is positioned according to market segment • Developing timely and frequent content across three key charter product areas for three key EU markets • Assisting with producing promo items – pull up banners, updating sales documents • Working closely with Digital/Creative agencies to ensure delivery of campaign activity • Conducting research – reviewing current products and services and market trends and presenting ideas for enhancing the customer journey and experience • Assisting in the coordination of key internal communications, including intranet updates, CEO updates and annual reports • Updating brand collateral including product brochures • Working closely with Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Manager to ensure delivery of campaign activity • Working with the Senior Marketing Manager and the Sales team with identifying and pitching partnership and alliance marketing. Including launch and follow through • Maintaining accounts and budgets, producing updates as required • Maintaining and providing regular reports on marketing activity
What we are looking for:
• At least 2 years’ experience in mid-level, hands on, varied marketing roles • Aviation experience would be preferred, but not necessary; alternatively experience working in B2B or corporate marketing environment • Experience with developing brand and internal activity globally • Digital marketing experience • Experience in database and customer centric marketing • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • A commercially minded marketer, with a good understanding of marketing techniques, including CRM and digital • A results focused approach and an understanding of ROI and tracking metrics • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and on budget • An ability to build and maintain good relationship and sell in ideas and concepts • Flexibility, adaptability and a co-operative attitude, able to work as part of a team • A good degree of initiative and self-motivation and operationally hands-on • Educated to degree level or qualified by experience • An understanding of CRM and database solutions (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) • A high standard of spoken and written English and German is essential • Fluency in other languages would be an added benefit • Experienced with Microsoft packages Excel, PowerPoint, Word • InDesign experience is desirable • Experience of marketing automation, for example Click Dimensions
